Anton was born in Rotterdam into a family of composers. He graduated from the conservatory and has spent his entire life as a composer, conductor, performing musician and teacher in the classical music world.
With his boundless imagination, he has always been attracted to science fiction and fantasy. At the age of 12, he wrote his first work about a group of friends who suddenly disappeared on an adventure. Unfortunately, the work was never finished, so no one knows where those friends ended up or if they ever returned.
He also writes short humorous pieces in a trade journal for musicians in a Rotterdam newspaper and in regional magazines.
In 2005, his book “Schooieren” was published. In December 2020, his science fiction work “Alka deel 1” was published, followed by “Alka deel 2” in January 2023. He also writes short fantasy stories, such as “Rijnersborg” and “De brug naar de mist”, which have been published in various short story collections by Uitgeverij Macc.
