If you follow the scent, your path will inevitably lead you to one place: the Harry Poffer stall. Where temptation, conviviality and magical delights go hand in hand.

Here, the air is thick with anticipation. On the griddle, poffertjes dance, golden-brown in a cloud of icing sugar. Warm and light as a summer breeze. As the butter melts and the sugar glistens, you feel the world around you fade away, until only a smile remains.

Next to the poffertjes, the warm waffle awaits, crispy as a dragon’s armour on the outside, soft and comforting on the inside. Topped with creamy vanilla sauce and fresh strawberries. One bite and you know: some spells taste sweet.

For those with different wishes, there is something unique on the counter: the gluten-free cannoli. They are like little gems, filled with soft, creamy magic that will make even the fussiest magician smile.
