Knobi - Cooking Highlander

‘Cooking Highlander’ is a Burgundian festival caterer from the north. In our “Highlander village,” a village of wooden stands, we welcome everyone. Open fire, smoke, craftsmanship, and pure ingredients form the foundation.

Within the village, each stand has its own specialty.

At the Garlic Bread, you will find Mediterranean bread toasted in garlic butter, spread with spicy Greek yogurt, and topped to your own taste.

Everything we make is pure, honest, and prepared with care. We work with our own flavors and artisanal techniques that suit the atmosphere of the festival.

Highlander Village is a place where you want to linger; for the fire, the food, and the experience.
