‘Cooking Highlander’ is a Burgundian festival caterer from the north. In our “Highlander village,” a village of wooden stands, we welcome everyone. Open fire, smoke, craftsmanship, and pure ingredients form the foundation.
Within the village, each stand has its own specialty.
At the barbecue, we serve cuts of meat and fish over the fire: charcoal-grilled chicken legs, spicy cured hams, slow-cooked spareribs, turkey breast, and freshly roasted salmon fillets.
Everything we make is pure, honest, and prepared with care. We work with our own flavors and artisanal techniques that suit the atmosphere of the festival.
