Like a spider in a web, Marieke Frankema weaves together all the different aspects of her life. The most powerful line in the web is dedicated to writing. Storylines shoot out like silver threads, curling and twisting through the web of her life. She now has almost twenty books out and her work is featured in multiple anthologies.
The next books are in the making. All of them will contain a shimmer of magic, because Marieke loves to capture those little magical moments of everyday life to make them shine bright in her stories.
Besides fantasy and childrens books under her own name, she also publishes spicy fantasy romance as Emma Frank. Her series ‘Dawn of Damagic’ will be available at Castlefest.
