Cut the Crêpe

Cut the crêpe is a mobile organic crêperie from Groningen. Together with a group of friends they bake crepes at festivals that make them happy and they can't wait to be back at Castlefest! 

The crêpes are made right in front of you and all combinations are allowed, they are not easily surprised. They make sweet and savory crêpes, vegan or gluten-free, it's all possible. In their business operations, they always opt for the most sustainable solution. All products they use, including cleaning products, are organic and they recycle as much as they can: egg cartons go back to the farmer, flour sacks to the miller, their interior mostly consists of second hand stuff. Moreover, they don't throwaway food; the pigs Ham and Lap love failed crêpes and banana peels!
