Almost from the moment she learned to read and write, Dagmar had her nose in books and wrote short stories and poems. During her teenage years, these interests slowly faded into the background, until she came into contact with Uitgeverij Macc/Life in 2013.
Her first book, Arda het Aardrijkkaboutertje (Arda the Earth Gnome), was published a year later. It is a children's book with nine stories about a female gnome and her animal friends. The sequel was due to be published in 2018.
The sixth part of De Castlefest Kronieken (The Castlefest Chronicles), De Onontkoombare Cirkel (The Unavoidable Circle), is also her work. However, with Leger van de Koningin (The Queen's Army), a long-cherished dream came true. New ideas for books in different genres continue to come. Stay tuned, because we can expect a lot from her in the coming years. As for the future, we can expect a lot from her.
