Wicker Ritual: Corvus

This year we meet the Wicker as Corvus, the messenger of our ancestors. Dancing on the currents of air, the bird of the gods brings messages from the Other World and of your subconscious.

Some will recognize the Corvus as the messenger of death. But death also brings change. Death brings rebirth. It is precisely from the darkest moments that light is born, just as light is born from the mother energy. From nothing, something arises. From death, life arises. From darkness, light arises.

When life seems dark, the Corvus offers sight and wisdom. He invites you to dance along the air. With his playful resilience, the Corvus shows you life upside down. With new perspectives, he teaches you to look again, to experience again and to live again. His third eye feeds your intuition and provides insight. Go back to the core, to the blackness, look into the world with the Corvus, and rediscover yourself.

The Corvus guides you in this transformation, the power of the individual, your own strength. He lets you sing and when your song joins that of the flock, its wisdom is passed on collectively. By being reborn as an individual, you will find your place in the whole again.

Dance on the air with the Corvus, shake off your old feathers and look into the world with a new perspective.
